We ship New Zealand–wide, from the top of the North Island to the deep south. How your order travels depends on its size and weight.
How we send your order
Larger & heavier items — wheels, tyres, wheel & tyre packages, bull bars, rear bars, canopies, trays, roof racks and drawers — are sent via Mainfreight, New Zealand’s nationwide freight network. It’s the safest way to move bulky, heavy gear, and you can have it delivered to your door or collect it from your nearest Mainfreight depot.
Smaller items — lighting, electrical, recovery gear, small parts and accessories — are sent by courier through NZ Post or Aramex, whichever gives the best service to your area.
Dispatch times
- Orders placed before 10am on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 10am, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
- These times apply to in-stock items. Backordered or made-to-order products may take longer — we’ll always let you know if that’s the case.

Rural, remote and peak-season deliveries can take a little longer, and rural addresses may attract a rural delivery surcharge.

As soon as your order is dispatched we’ll email you tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Pickup & depot collection
Prefer to collect? Auckland pickup is available, and for freight orders you can choose to have your gear sent to your nearest Mainfreight depot for collection.
